M. Lahr Homes is a custom home builder specializing in design-build and has built over 200 houses in the Orlando area in the past decade. We pride ourselves on a collaborative and personal process that streamlines an often overwhelming custom build scenario. From plan design to the actual build, our team is set up to provide a unique experience; a boutique feel with one of Orlando’s largest custom home builders. With our size and process comes the ability to offer custom builds at a value typically not available.

Although we have no problem quoting a completed set of plans, the majority of our builds follow a design-build scenario. This consists of a client budget and a house wish list; but very rarely an initial set of plans. We are able to create a budget and specifications to cater to the client and facilitate the plan design with our designer. In some cases, we are also able to set up potential clients with the various speculative properties we keep in inventory.

Our team consists of 12 people that all bring their own particular set of skills and experience to the company. We all pride ourselves on building unique custom houses throughout Orlando’s favorite neighborhoods; each one showcasing a personality distinct to not only M. Lahr Homes, but the owners themselves.
